FastKlean offers many benefits over our competitors. For example, prior to commencing our service, FastKlean will send a cleaner to your premises so that you can meet and get to know them. Once approved by you, we will endeavour to keep that operative allocated to you for the duration of the contract.

All of our domestic cleaners are professionally trained in all aspects of cleaning, they are fully insured and have checkable references (available on request). In the event of a cleaner not attending it is our responsibility to provide another house cleaner to ensure minimal disruption.

We know the potential risk involved in allowing people you do not know into your home while you are away. Like many clients, you are looking for a new domestic cleaner because of a bad experience with others and for that reason, we are very thorough in our vetting procedure. You will have access to references from previous and/or current employers as well as assurance that the cleaner's address and identity details are checked.
