Who pays the cleaner, you or I?

You pay the cleaner the fee arranged by yourself and our office. The cleaner should be paid direct in cash or cheque at £6.50 an hour at the end of each session worked. Company commission is £2.50 an hour which is payable by the client monthly by standing order.

Any tips or bonuses are paid directly to the cleaner.
